What if I do not have enough junk to fill an entire 15 yard bin?

That is ok, please look into our 1/4 bin rental program. And, as always, please do not hesitate to call so we can provide what works best for you.

How soon can I schedule a junk removal service?

Depending on the level of service we strive for same day or next day service. Please call with any timeframe constraints, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you clean up the site before leaving?

Yes, we strive to leave the site cleaner than we found it. We will always check in with the service contractee before leaving the job.

What is junk removal?

Junk removal is a service that involves the removal and disposal of unwanted items, debris, and clutter from residential, commercial, or industrial spaces. It helps individuals and businesses to declutter their spaces and properly dispose of items that are no longer needed.

What types of items can be removed?

We can handle a wide range of items, including old furniture, appliances, electronics, construction debris, yard waste, mattresses, carpets, and more. However, hazardous materials like chemicals, paints, tires and certain electronics may require specialized disposal methods.

Can you remove items from different areas of my property?

Yes, all site and pickup locations/conditions will be listed in the service agreement prior to any scheduled service.

How do I schedule a pick up?

We understand our clients often have varying schedules. Our scheduling system is designed to be flexible. Once you receive the quote, you can let us know your preferred time and date for the pickup. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule, ensuring minimal disruption to your business operations.

Do I need to be present for pick up?

No. Depending on the level of service we can make arrangements at time of scheduling.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is varied depending on the service required. For all accurate rates please visit our service areas.

How do you dispose of my junk?

All junk is disposed of in accordance with local regulations and green energy efforts.

Are all your removal services available in each city you operate?

All of our bulk services are available across all of our service areas. Single item removal services vary across each location. To find out about removing a single item please contact us.

What types of payments do you accept?

We happily accept cash, check, debit cards, all major credit cards, and bank transfers.

Do you transport hazardous material?

We currently do not transport hazardous material.

What time can you bring the bin to me?

We strive too be there when you need us. Please call for any special instructions or guidelines and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you help me put the junk in the bin?

With Bin rentals we do not assist with labor. We simply drop off the bin, you fill, we pick up and dispose. If you would like labor services please look at our Junk removal services.

What are the over day charges?

Anything over your contracted date will incur a fee of $110 or the next higher rental rate. Whichever is cheaper.

What is the max weight limit?

Max weight for each bin is 2 tons. Anything over 2 tons will incur an additional fee of $98 per ton overage.

What size bin do you drop off to me?

All of our bins are 15 yards. Currently we do not offer any other size roll off bins. We do offer smaller dump trailers. Please call for dump trailer pricing.
